Jet box came through when I was in a bind and needed a number of boxes in a very quick time. They were able to get my boxes to me within a day of ordering. They were also very good with communication calling to inform me the of an email to ensure the quick turn around could be achieved. They had a can do attitude and were incredibly helpful the whole experience. Will definitely be using them again!

I asked Jetbox if they could create a custom sized box to fit my desktop computer in to take overseas with me on the plane - Jet was not only able to turn this around in a couple of days for me but also upgraded the box to a heavy duty one fit for a PC free of charge. These guys are a small family concern in Dandenong South just off Cheltenham road. I needed a few small 'tea-chest' boxes. Joe was helpful outlining some points I hadn't considered .

I realised that I had got the wrong size and needed something larger. Not a problem for Joe - he didn't have any larger ones in stock and made up some boxes to what I needed overnight.

When I couldn't fit the flat-packed boxes in my car, he delivered them directly to my place at no extra cost!

The service from Joe and he team puts the larger corporates to shame - the personal touch always wins..

Jetbox is a small family run business which means you receive more of a personal touch when it comes to dealing with them. In the year and a half that I've known them, I can honestly say that apart from taking care of all of my packaging needs now (and always going the extra yard), they have become good friends. Jetbox fills a niche in the packaging sector that caters for small runs and fills that niche extremely well. That said, they have to ability to turn out much larger order too and quite frequently do. If you're looking for boxes, whatever the quantity, give them a call first. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Today I learnt a box isn't just a box.

I came in to collect my order. Realising immediate I had given the wrong dimensions over the phone.

I was straight away supported in getting the correct measurements without any additional fee.

I was shown the process of how boxes are created.

I cannot thank the Box Guy enough for his support. He was patient to get the right measurements and work me through their processes.

I will highly recommended this family focused, family orientated approach of business.

Even, if I don't need a box, I think I will come again and order just so I can have JETBOX :)
