Terms and Conditions for JETBOX

1. Application of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of goods by JETBOX to the customer (“Customer”). By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms, which take precedence over any conflicting terms presented by the Customer unless expressly agreed upon in writing by JETBOX.

2. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by JETBOX. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, in whole or part, at our sole discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
3.2. JETBOX reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice due to changes in costs, taxes, or other factors.
3.3. Full payment must be received before the shipment of goods unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.4. Accepted payment methods include direct debit, credit card, or other means specified by JETBOX.

4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery times are estimates only. JETBOX is not liable for any delays in delivery beyond our control.
4.2. Risk of damage or loss to goods passes to the Customer upon delivery to the specified address.
4.3. If the Customer fails to accept delivery, JETBOX may charge additional fees for storage or redelivery.

5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Goods can only be returned with prior approval from JETBOX and must be in their original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.
5.2. Any claims for defective or damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receipt.
5.3. Refunds or replacements are at the sole discretion of JETBOX.

6. Warranties and Liability
6.1. JETBOX warrants that the goods will be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery.
6.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JETBOX’s liability for any claim is limited to the replacement of the goods or a refund of the purchase price.
6.3. JETBOX is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.

7. Cancellation and Amendments
7.1. Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once processing has commenced.
7.2. If an error occurs with an order, JETBOX will notify the Customer and provide options for correction or cancellation.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights related to JETBOX products and services are the exclusive property of JETBOX. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Additional Terms for JETBOX Online Box Calculator

1. Use of the Online Box Calculator
1.1. The JETBOX Online Box Calculator (“Calculator”) is provided as a tool to assist customers in obtaining price estimates for custom boxes.
1.2. The prices generated by the Calculator are indicative only and are not binding until confirmed by JETBOX.

2. Errors and Limitations
2.1. In the event of a system error, glitch, or incorrect output by the Calculator (such as displaying a price of $0 or an unusually low amount), JETBOX reserves the right to cancel any affected order.
2.2. Should an error occur, JETBOX will contact the Customer to inform them of the issue. The Customer may choose to place a new order at the correct price or cancel the order without any obligation.
2.3. JETBOX, including its contractors, subcontractors, agents, or any third-party service providers, shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred by the Customer as a result of errors, miscalculations, or inaccuracies produced by the Calculator.
2.4. If a Customer notices any discrepancies, unusual pricing, or feels that something is not right with their order, JETBOX kindly requests that they reach out to us before proceeding. This allows us to promptly investigate and resolve any issues to ensure a smooth transaction.

3. Updates and Changes
JETBOX reserves the right to modify the Calculator, its features, or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties
JETBOX makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of the Calculator. The Customer uses the Calculator at their own risk.

5. Governing Law
These Terms for the Online Box Calculator are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
