Choose your Custom Box Style

The first part of our online custom box calculator is choosing the style of box you need. We offer custom die cut gift boxes, custom FF5PF Boxes and custom RSC boxes through our custom box calculator. This first choice is dependent on the needs of your business, and the many journeys your boxes will take. If you’re unsure, feel free to browse our custom cardboard packaging range and read more about the potential specifications and requirements.

It is important to choose a box style that can be versatile, and suits the feel of your business also. All of our boxes are manufactured in Melbourne, and made to the highest quality; so no matter the style you choose, you know your Australian made custom boxes are durable.

Describe What you’re Looking For

The next step is to input the measurements and order quantity for your custom boxes. You will see there is a section for box length, box width, box height and box quantity. All the measurements are to be supplied in mm, and measured according to our previous blog on how to measure a custom box. This will help you to understand the correct way to supply your measurements, ensuring your boxes perfectly fit your items. You don’t want to receive boxes that are ill fitting; either too large or small. If you’re unsure on how to supply correct measurements, contact us and we can walk you through the correct process.

You also have to select the board grade, which specifies the grade and colour of your custom boxes.

Get Your Quote Instantly!

Your quote is now ready! It really is that simple!

Once all of these steps have been completed, a chart will appear showing you the box price for a number of order quantities: from 10, to 100. It also reveals how much a sample box will cost you, if you want to ensure your box is to your specifications before ordering a larger quantity.

Your total order cost is visible instantly too. This total cost is for the specific quantity you have imputed, and changes as you edit the total amount you need.

Bulky Item Delivery Terms & Conditions

Some of our products are large, heavy and bulky and require extra care or special shipping. If your order requires a forklift we will advise before delivery, and if no forklift is available upon delivery a surcharge will apply.

Bulky deliveries that require hand delivery (but no forklift) to the first floor or above and require stair or lift access will also be subject to a delivery surcharge. If you advise at checkout that your delivery is above the ground floor, we will be in touch regarding the surcharge. This surcharge is from $50 per pallet.

Over & Under Runs

Manufacturing processes require machinery to work at quite high speeds. During production, some sheets may be damaged and need to be replaced. In some instances, we cannot replace the sheets at that time and you will be met with a slightly lower Quantity than ordered. This amount will be credited to you.

In most cases though, there will be overruns, as the machinery cannot come to a complete stop in an instant – we require a gradual slow down, which will give us more cartons produced, than what are ordered. These overruns are payable by the client. And taking them also helps save on recycling, which is more sustainable and better for the Environment in the long term.

If you require EXACT Quantities, we may have to make some boxes in a different grade than ordered, to make up your order in the Exact Qty required. These requests will also Incur higher unit costs. This cannot be avoided, as we must consider the recycling processes and costs involved, in helping to reduce our carbon footprint.
